I'm very disappointed with Crosscall, I agree with other comments, indeed I've owned a Core-X5 for 3 years and no problem except the battery at the end of 3 years, so I decide to order a Stellar M6 and to my great surprise the phone does not hold the charge, it does not even last a full day and now the charger block does not work, no more charge and only 2 months that I have the phone! Very disappointed with Crosscall, next time I'll buy a Samsung with a case that will do the job much better! I'm sorry, but you can convert and manufacture something other than phones, especially at the price you sell them for! Crosscall to be avoided

Performance promises broken: the battery doesn't last a day, the touchscreen is outdated and the interface is slow. The phone was delivered to me with bugs, I was sent another one but with the delivery times, the withdrawal period was exceeded and I found myself stuck with a phone that didn't meet my expectations. Customer service is unpleasant and slow, and I had to wait almost 1 month for my phone to be sent back to me. For the price, it's not right. No wonder they're always running promotions...
