THE challenge

How was your previous fleet of mobile devices organised, and what problems did you encounter with those products?
Since 2016, we were equipped with rugged tablets running the Windows operating system. But these tablets have become obsolete and have malfunctions: slow navigation, overheating, freezing screens, poor temperature resistance, lack of storage space and insufficient RAM memory to respond efficiently and in the long run to the workload of our technicians.

Yes, these tablets had the lowest satisfaction rate of all the equipment used by our employees. It also coincided with a strategic choice by the company to switch future mobile devices to the Android operating system.
