THE CHALLENGE
How was your previous fleet of mobile terminals organized, and what
issues did you encounter with these products?
Since 2016, we had been equipped with ruggedized tablets running Windows operating systems. However, these tablets had become obsolete and had a number of shortcomings: slowness, overheating, screen freezing, poor temperature resistance, lack of storage space and RAM memory too low to respond
effectively and over the long term to the work rate of our technicians.
So you decided to make a change?
Yes, these tablets had the lowest satisfaction rate of all the equipment used by our employees. It also coincided with the company's strategic decision to port future mobile terminals to an Android operating system.
