THE CHALLENGE

How did Crosscall come to d'Aucy? 
The need came directly from the field. It is our team of production which made us increase the demand. They had an urgent need to be able to rely on a smartphone. In fact, in order to carry out a maintenance diagnosis, employees go through mobile applications that run on Android.

And what was it like “before Crosscall” ?
Originally we were using a laptop PC system but this had its limits... We quickly needed a more efficient system; light, handy and adapted to the needs of our operation in production. To equip our production sites, we, therefore needed products capable of withstanding the industrial environment. We had already worked with other brands previously, rigid or semi-rigid. Always following the market of hardened products, we were looking for a secure turnkey solution. This is how Crosscall arrived at d'Aucy!
