During the warranty period, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if the following 2 cumulative conditions are met:

- Battery capacity less than or equal to 70%.

- Number of full charge cycles equal to or less than 850

[4] Your reconditioned phone and the accessories included in the box (except for exclusions specified at the time of purchase) are guaranteed under normal conditions of use, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale and the commercial warranty contract available on the CROSSCALL website in the section > Assistance > Warranty.

[5]During the warranty period of the refurbished phone, CROSSCALL covers the replacement of the defective battery for the first 12 months, if the battery capacity is less than or equal to 70%.
