During the warranty period, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if the following 2 cumulative conditions are met:
- Battery capacity less than or equal to 70%.
- Number of full charge cycles equal to or less than 850

[3] The battery is guaranteed for 5 years. During the warranty period, CROSSCALL will replace the defective battery if the battery capacity is less than or equal to 70%.

[5]During the warranty period of the refurbished phone, CROSSCALL covers the replacement of the defective battery for the first 12 months, if the battery capacity is less than or equal to 70%.
