In the event of physical or software failure, our French-based customer service will take care of your Crosscall quickly and efficiently. In fact, our after-sales and reconditioning services are certified Service France Garanti.

HOW DO YOU REPAIR YOUR SMARTPHONE?

Your smartphone passes through the hands of six people who will analyze it, disassemble it, order the parts to be changed, repair it and then carry out a final check to ensure that it's working properly before sending it back to you.
