During this process, the product team may call on innovators to make quick decisions between various solutions, or to work on longer-term projects that allow the entire company to identify development strategies. 

Crosscall has rich and wide-ranging discussions with its innovator community. The innovators include major athletes and extreme workers, but the community is also represented by all sorts of different profiles.

The community of Innovators gives Crosscall detailed knowledge of the uses and needs of its users. Among other things, this gives the product team an insight into the lives of its users, which it can then incorporate into its thinking.

Through various surveys, Innovators have always said that they want to keep their mobile for as long as possible.
In parallel, and thanks to various phases of user testing between 2018 and today, Crosscall has continually improved the characteristics of its smartphones with their help.
Thanks to this desire and these product improvements, Crosscall has followed Innovators' demands by offering a 5-year warranty on its products.

Sustainability is at the heart of Crosscall's values, but it also responds to the needs of the Innovators.
Between 2019 and 2022, the Innovators helped us through surveys and user tests to propose 100% recycled and recyclable packaging as well as optimising the use of recycled materials in Crosscall smartphones.

Based on feedback from Innovators on the TREKKER-X4 and other Crosscall products, as well as several photo and video surveys over the last few years, Crosscall has integrated a 120° wide-angle camera with optimal stabilisation for filming sporting activities into the ACTION-X5.
