Here to help our ecosystem evolve

Create the conditions necessary for change in our industry by collaborating with the players in our ecosystem.

Collectively

Developing a more sustainable telephony industry is an ambitious goal that requires a collective commitment. We want our entire ecosystem to move in this direction, transforming our production and consumption practices:

- our suppliers, by framing our relationships through charters and policies, regularly monitoring compliance with their commitments and striving for a spirit of partnership driven by shared values.

- our customers, not only by promoting more sustainable solutions, but also by raising awareness of the need to consume differently, more responsibly.

Our actions

in fiscal year 2024*.

Making progress in responsible purchasing

We implement the commitments formalized in our Responsible Purchasing Policy around two key principles:

- Act as a responsible purchaser.
For example, this year we trainedall users of our internalpurchasing process in responsible purchasing.

- Involving our suppliers in our CSR approach.
This year, we continued our program of audits of our key suppliers, the majority of them tier 2. A total of 19 audits were carried out during fiscal years 2023 and 2024 - with implementation and follow-up of corrective action plans.

Promoting more responsible behavior among our customers

Crosscall's mission is to help its customers' consumer habits evolve.

We are working to systematize the recovery of our terminals from our business customers at the end of their contracts: this year, we signed the first contracts incorporating take-back clauses as soon as they were signed. This means that our French partner will be able to recondition as many devices as possible in the years to come!

In addition, Crosscall's communications are focused on promoting sustainability, like the campaign that accompanied the release of the STELLAR-X5, or one-off campaigns, such as this article on our blog, aimed at raising awareness among the general public of the best ways to prolong the life of their smartphone.

AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!

Our plans for fiscal year 2025* :

Review supplier CSR risk mapping

Updating the Responsible Communications and Marketing Charter

*Our CSR approaches are based on Crosscall's fiscal years. Example: fiscal year 2025 runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
