our r&d activities

Born and based in Aix-en-Provence, Crosscall is working to promote its French identity beyond its borders, while continuing to develop its R&D expertise in France.

Thanks to the X-LAB - our innovation laboratory - since 2020 we've been internalizing numerous tests designed to validate product quality. In 2023, we created Crosscall Engineering with the aim of internalizing the design and development process for our products and solutions. This resulted in the release of our first locally-produced accessory, the X-BLOCKER, and the birth of our first accessory entirely designed and assembled in France: the X-SCAN.

We also prioritize and strengthen local partnerships, such as our long-standing collaboration with Cordon Electronic, a French company specializing in the repair, refurbishment and recycling of electronic products.

Finally, we aim to maximize our local impact by getting involved wherever we operate through charitable activities, sponsorship and patronage that reflect our values.

Focusing our R&D activities in France

Over the past year, Crosscall Engineering has defined its technological priorities, drawing on in-house expertise.

For example, in-house expertise has enabled the integration of Artificial Intelligence-based noise reduction technology into STELLAR-X5, enabling clear communication in all circumstances.

Service France Garanti certification

Crosscall has obtained certification from the independent organization Service France Garanti, for its 2 services: After-Sales Service and Reconditioning Service. This certification guarantees the 2 cumulative criteria:

- 90% of the workforce in direct contact with the customer is subject to a French employment contract. This criterion applies to every component of the service.

- 90% of the workforce involved in providing the essential features of the service is subject to an employment contract governed by French law.
