This is how we think local

Maximise our positive impact on local communities wherever we are established and take part in the development of the French and European economies.

Developing
our activities across the region

While our company operates on an international scale, Crosscall was founded in Aix-en-Provence. Our ambition is to pave the way to industrial sovereignty, and to establish a new leader for telephony in Europe by basing as many of our industrial activities as possible here.

We also want to maximise our local impact by getting involved wherever we are, through charity work, sponsorships or patronages that align with the company's values.

Our actions

Crosscall’s industrial sovereignty project

In 2021, we created our subsidiary Crosscall Engineering and inaugurated the X-LAB, our research & development laboratory in Aix-en-Provence.

Since then, we've forged ahead with our industrial sovereignty project, releasing our very first accessory manufactured locally, the X-BLOCKER. In parallel to this, we partnered with an industrial player from Normandy to co-develop and release our first accessory entirely designed and assembled in France: the X-SCAN, an optical scanner module.

Committed to regional preservation

Crosscall supports the Marseille-based foundation Pure Ocean via the MicroDON system which we have deployed on our French website. When making a purchase on our website, users can choose to make a donation by simply rounding up their basket total to the next euro. 100% of the funds raised are distributed to Pure Ocean, a fund that contributes to preserving the oceans, which is a cause close to Crosscall’s heart.

On top of this, to mark European Sustainable Development Week, the CSR team organised collective litter-picking around the Aix-en-Provence and Hong-Kong offices, thus contributing to cleaning up the cities where the company operates.

THAT'S NOT ALL!

This year*, we aim to:

Develop two other accessories assembled in France

Qualify European partners and suppliers for the French-European smartphone project

*Our CSR objectives are based on Crosscall’s fiscal years. The 2024 fiscal year runs from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024
