It's the people who work at Crosscall who drive our ambition  to manufacture more durable telephony products and contribute to our transformation, particularly in terms of CSR. 

Our commitment to our employees is reflected in our Human Resources Policy, which aims to develop a stimulating working environment that promotes employee well-being and is in keeping with Crosscall’s culture.

We take steps to develop our employees' skills and offer them opportunities for career development. We attach great importance to providing a quality working environment, guaranteeing conditions that respect the health and safety of our teams, establishing constructive social dialogue and promoting inclusion and diversity. Finally, we foster  strong bonds among our teams from the moment they join Crosscall.

Skills, training and career development

In line with our commitment to to developing our employees' skills, we continued to roll out training plans, provide coaching sessions, and promote internal advancement:

- 56 employees attended at least one training course during the year  

- 38 managers have been coached as part of a program combining group training, individual coaching and workshops

- 65% of managers are promoted from within

Uniting teams around CSR 

Throughout the year, a program of CSR awareness-raising activities is organized for all employees.

One of the program's highlights is an annual internal awareness week which unites all employees around our five CSR pillars through concrete actions and information sharing activities.

The 2024 edition of the "Crosscall in action" week included a conference on Life Cycle Assesments, a an internal campaign to collect electronic objects (200 kg recovered), and Climate Frescoes, in France and Hong Kong, to better understand climate issues.
