Here to commit to our teams

Supporting our employees and encouraging their personal development.

promote
development

The people who work at Crosscall are the driving force behind the company's ambition to be a sustainable telephony manufacturer and contribute to its transformation, particularly in terms of CSR.

Our commitment to our 181 employees is reflected in our Human Resources Policy, which aims to develop a stimulating working environment that fosters employee well-being and is true to the Crosscall culture.

We take steps to develop our employees' skills and offer them prospects for advancement. We attach great importance to providing a quality working environment, guaranteeing conditions that respect the health and safety of our teams, establishing constructive social dialogue and promoting inclusion and diversity. Finally, we take care to create a strong bond between our teams, right from the moment they join Crosscall.

Our actions

in fiscal year 2024*.

Skills, training and career development

This year saw the completion of a new phase in our Job and Career Management (GEPP) process: the mapping of all Crosscall positions and their integration into the HR management tool.

In addition, over 50% of our employees attended at least one training course this year. We are also continuing to support our managers in their supervisory functions via a dedicated program combining group training, individual coaching and workshops.

Promoting gender equality

This year, we achieved an overall score of 88/100 in our professional equality index, up 4 points on the previous year! We are continuing our efforts with an action plan to promote gender equality.

This plan has also been enriched by the lessons learned from the improvisational theater workshops on the theme of "diversity and equality between men and women in the workplace", offered to employees during European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW).

AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!

Our plans for fiscal year 2025* :

Carry out a QWL (Quality of Life at Work) diagnosis using an internally-formalized reference framework.

Implement tools to become a learning company (enable everyone to train independently and continuously)

Partnering with a European NGO to help a refugee woman find a promising career in the digital and tech sectors

*Our CSR approaches are based on Crosscall's fiscal years. Example: fiscal year 2025 runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
