THE CHALLENGE
How did you hear about Crosscall?
Through the public market and our telephone operator (Orange Business). We needed ruggedized handsets for people who work on the road and use their phones in often unusual conditions.
The real plus of your phones was their resistance. It was essential for us to have a tough, waterproof phone.
And why a hard-wearing product?
During the winter viability period, there's a risk of phones falling in the snow and being exposed to low temperatures

The cold affects the battery, so we needed phones with long autonomy, capable of remaining operational all day.
We'll soon be moving into winter viability (November to the end of March), which is the ideal time to appreciate the performance of your smartphones.
How is your mobile terminal fleet organized?
Our employees are all equipped with TREKKER-M1 CORE. We have deployed 360 lines. This is the first time the Conseil Départemental has deployed CROSSCALL products. We were won over by the product's ease of use and reliability.
