CROSSCALL ON TF1 20H

   - Feb. 25, 2021

As part of a report entitled "Inventions : ils sont fous, ces français!", TF1 highlighted Crosscall smartphones and tablets. These innovative products are designed in France, and their durability means that users can enjoy their mobile devices for much longer, while considerably reducing their environmental impact.

Designed to last, Crosscall smartphones and tablets are specially developed to meet the exacting demands of the brand and its users. Waterproofing, resistance to shocks and aggressive substances, drops, battery life, use in extreme temperatures... nothing is left to chance by the French brand 's R&D teams, as can be seen from the tests they put its products through in the Aix-en-Provence laboratory set up for this purpose. This unique technology is designed to meet the needs of athletes and professionals alike, as well as all those who want to rely on a reliable, high-performance device that lasts.

A French innovation born in 2009 from the need of the brand's founder, Cyril Vidal. With a background in industry and a passion for water sports, he decided to embark on this entrepreneurial adventure, as he couldn't find any equipment on the market to suit his uses and requirements. The result was SHARK, the world's first floating phone. Since then, Crosscall has developed several product ranges, and in order to guarantee their durability, has introduced a 3-year warranty on all models in its CORE range.

Repairability index Crosscall CORE-X4 phone

CROSSCALL, #1 IN REPARABILITY

As can be seen in the report, smartphones in the CORE range boast a repairability index of 8.8/10, the best rating on the market to date. The aim of this index, which has been in place in France since January 1, is toinform consumers about a product's ability to be repaired, thereby extending its lifespan. With this in mind, Crosscall has not only long since integrated this issue into the design of its products, but has also decided to make the necessary spare parts available for 10 years. This explains why Crosscall's handsets are rated so much higher than those of other brands.
