THE CHALLENGE

As IT Project Manager, what did your assignment involve?
We work in the solar energy and production sector. We were planning to equip our employees in our production area, and were looking for a solution that offered more mobility than a traditional computer for scanning parts and machines. We wanted to replace equipment already installed that didn't meet our needs.

What did you use before Crosscall?
We used wireless laser scanners and computers. The problem was that we had to move around: to do a scan, we all had to be in the same place.

Why did you choose Crosscall?
