THE CHALLENGE
How did you hear about Crosscall?
Our dealership was chosen as the pilot site for the fixed-line replacement project. We wanted to replace our DECTs using Orange's Call Management solution. So we needed a device to go with it. Our partner Orange proposed a "classic" non-enhanced solution and a Crosscall smartphone solution.
How is your cell phone fleet organized?
It's quite simple. All our employees have been equipped with a Crosscall smartphone and its X-DOCK charging station. These smartphones are equipped with the Call Management solution. This solution provides the same functionalities as a fixed line: grouping and transferring calls (the most important!).
