Developing
our r&d activities locally
Founded and based in Aix-en-Provence, Crosscall seeks to promote its French identity beyond France's borders, while continuing to develop its R&D expertise in France.
Since 2020, thanks to the X-LAB - our innovation laboratory - we have been carrying out a large number of quality tests in-house. In 2023, we created Crosscall Engineering with the aim of bringing the development process for our products and solutions in-house. This resulted in the release of our first locally produced accessory, the X-BLOCKER, and our first accessory to be entirely designed and assembled in France: the X-SCAN.
We also prioritise and strengthen local partnerships, such as our long-standing collaboration with Cordon Electronics, a French company specialised in the repair, refurbishment and recycling of electronic products.
Finally, we aim to maximise our local impact by getting involved wherever we operate through charitable activities, sponsorship and patronage that reflect our values.

Focusing our R&D activities in France
Crosscall Engineering defined its technological priorities, drawing on in-house skills.
For example, the expertise developed in-house has enabled the integration of a noise reduction technology based on Artificial Intelligence into the STELLAR-X5, enabling clear communication in all circumstances.
Service France Garanti certification
Crosscall obtained certification from the independent body Service France Garanti for its 2 services: After Sales Service and Reconditioning Service. This certification guarantees the 2 following cumulative criteria:
- 90% of the workforce in direct contact with the customer is subject to a French employment contract. This criterion applies to each component of the service.
- 90% of the workforce involved in achieving the essential characteristics of the service is subject to an employment contract governed by French law.
