solutions
Our company's main environmental impacts are generated by our products themselves. Reducing their impact - from design to end-of-life - is therefore the most powerful lever for improving our company's overall impact.
To achieve this, we design products that are robust, durable in both hardware and software, easy to repair by a professional, and easy to recycle at end-of-life. We involve our users in the design process to ensure that our products meet their real needs over the long term.
Finally, we see eco-design as a process of continuous improvement, with new avenues to explore, while measuring the effects of these choices on the impact of our products.
Our actions
in fiscal year 2025*.

Ecodesign: a continuous improvement approach
The successful integration of recycled materials on the STELLAR-X5 in 2024 has served as an example for the next model, the STELLAR-M6, which incorporates 23% recycled materials while maintaining the durability and strength standards specific to advanced
Other advances in eco-design illustrate the logic of continuous improvement in our approach. For example, the choice of components to increase the number of OS provided, up to 4 system updates for the STELLAR-M6.

Systematization of Life Cycle Analyses
The results of the Life Cycle Assessment of the STELLAR-X5 model in 2024 have enabled us to better visualize the impact of our eco-design efforts, and we have decided to systematize LCAs for all our new catalog products.
These results are also helping to enrich our eco-design roadmap and prioritize our future research directions.

AND THERE'S MORE TO COME!
Our plans for fiscal 2026* :
Study the idea of developing a predictive maintenance service toanticipate breakdowns.
Start research into battery chemistries to find solutions that have less impact on water than virgin cobalt.
Explore upcycling opportunities for parts from phones that cannot be reconditioned.
*Our CSR approaches are based on Crosscall's fiscal years. Example: fiscal year 2025 runs from April1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
