Save an attachment

Have you received a photo or attachment but can't save it on your TREKKER-X3? We'll show you how:

  • In the SMS / MMS application, press and hold on either side of the photo in the body of the message without pressing on the photo, otherwise it will open in a slideshow.
  • Click on the "three dots" at the top right of your screen, then on "Save file".
  • The "arrow" icon lets you transfer your attachment to a contact.

If you are unable to read or send MMS messages, please contact your operator's customer service department directly to set your MMS APN. This is different for each operator.
