CROSSCALL EQUIPS THE ADMR NETWORK WITH 56,000 TERMINALS

   - July 21, 2021

ADMR, France's leading network of personal services associations, has chosen to renew its entire fleet of mobile terminals by calling on Crosscall to support them in their digital transformation. To date, the network has already been equipped with more than 10,000 durable and resistant Crosscall smartphones, making life easier for the association's homecare workers every day. Eventually, a total of 56,000 terminals should be distributed throughout the association's network.

The durability of the equipment, coupled with its excellent autonomy, has enabled the ADMR network to increase its digital ambitions. After a market study, the association had no hesitation in turning to the French brand to equip its entire network. What followed was a true partnership between the Aix-based company and the association, for whom Crosscall smartphones are now an integral part of homecare workers' lives.

"The CORE-M4's ease of use, durability and long-lasting battery life make it an indispensable part of our teams' day-to-day work.

Smartphones used for their solidity and durability are also the object of an important capacity of autonomy for the ADMR home helpers. Used throughout the day, the Crosscall phone perfectly meets the requirements in terms of endurance for customer calls and GPS searches. It can also be used to view schedules and for personal use during breaks.

Similarly, the solidity and responsiveness of Crosscall phones mean that the association can keep them for the long term. The smartphones have a proven track record: they undergo more than 80 tests to ensure resistance, autonomy and durability before being offered on the market. This avoids a large number of returns, usually accompanied by an administrative overload for the ADMR. The result is greater satisfaction among homecare workers, as well as organizational continuity within the association.

"We asked around for the most reputable smartphone suitable for our use: it was a Crosscall."

INTEGRATING INTELLIGENT FUNCTIONALITIES INTO CROSSCALL

While Crosscall phones are durable and resistant, they also include a range of functions such as GPS and web browsing. Today, these different tools are enabling the association to advance its digital ambitions. To date, an initial business application has been integrated into the various smartphones in the ADMR fleet. But the association's objectives go even further, with the aim of increasing the digitalization of the profession. While homecare is at the heart of human relations, ADMR is now leading a digital revolution to enhance the mobility of its teams. Relying on the digitalization of business applications integrated into Crosscall represents a real time and money saver for the association.

The health crisis has also shown how important it is to develop digital communication within companies. Exchange is one of the main characteristics of the homecare profession. That's why the use of Crosscall is now central to the association's network.

"The Crosscall CORE-M4 is now the mobile office for our homecare workers.

A REAL MOBILITY TOOL

To perfect the durability and functionality of Crosscall terminals, ADMR also wanted to equip each of its home helps with a genuine mobility tool. The Crosscall smartphone can now be used to view the schedule, contact customers and the association, enter actual working hours and record service times: it represents the home help's office. Indispensable for the mobility of the profession, the smartphone assists in every step of the process.

ADMR's digital ambitions, combined with Crosscall's expertise, have led to a significant development of terminals at the heart of the association's network. More than just a customer-supplier relationship, a true partnership has now been established between the two entities. Crosscall DNA is now an integral part of the ADMR network.
